Privacy policy and the use of cookies on the DealDone website

Marszałkowska 58, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of St. Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division under the number KRS 0000422682, NIP: 5213631922, REGON: 146146443 share capital: PLN 50,000 paid up in full.

Dealdone Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Warsaw respects the right to privacy of the Users of the website. In particular, it cares for the protection of their personal data and applies appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent interference with the privacy of Users by third parties. Our activities are aimed at guaranteeing the User a sense of complete security at a level appropriate to the applicable law, including:

Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter: GDPR);

  2. The Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data;

  3. The Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services;

  4. Act of July 16, 2004 Telecommunications Law.

The use of the website is carried out using a secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission on the Internet.

Please be advised that the Website may contain external links enabling its Users to directly reach other websites or when using the Website, cookies may be additionally placed on your device from other entities, in particular from suppliers such as: Facebook , Twitter, Google+ and more. Each of the suppliers indicated and available on the website defines the rules of using cookies in their privacy policy, therefore we have no influence on the privacy policy of the suppliers and the use of cookies. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties. Dictionary of terms:

  1. Collection of data

In the scope of using the website by the User, we store http queries directed to the server. The resources viewed are identified by URL addresses and relate to:

  • public IP address of the end device from which the inquiry came;

  • User station names - identification performed by the http protocol, if possible;

  • User name provided in the authorization process;

  • time of arrival of the inquiry;

  • the first line of the http request;

  • http response code;

  • the number of data sent by the server;

  • URL of the page previously visited by the User (so-called referrer link)
    - if the Website was accessed via an external link;

  • information about the User's browser;

  • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction.

The above-mentioned data is not associated with specific people browsing the website.

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. The collected information is used, inter alia, down:

  • personalizing our website for you;

  • enabling the use of services available on our website;

  • identifying possible security threats;

  • deal with inquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to our website;

III. Processing of personal data

The User's data collected via the website may be used to answer an inquiry made using the contact form, to book a service, send commercial information or send a newsletter. Personal data collected via the forms for which the User has consented are processed for the purpose and period necessary for the proper handling of the task and for the period resulting from the legitimate interests of the Administrator and the provisions of applicable law. In terms of the processing of his data, the User has the following rights:

  • deletion or limitation of processing, without affecting the processing performed by the Administrator before withdrawing consent or limiting the purposes of processing;

  • lodging a complaint to the supervisory body in the field of personal data protection - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in a situation where the processing of personal data would be inconsistent with applicable law;

Provision of personal data

We will not transfer personal data to third parties or any other related third parties for direct marketing purposes without the express consent of the Website User. The Users' personal data collected is not transferred to international organizations or to third countries.

The use of cookies of the website, in accordance with art. 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law, uses cookies that constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

  • making it easier for the User to use the Website while browsing it;

  • subsequent association of the User in the event of reconnection of the website with the device on which they were saved;

As part of the website, we use the following types of cookies:

Cookies are in no way combined with the personal data of the website user and are not used to identify the website user.
